I heard they are coming out with a Freddy vs. Jason movie so I went to a web site to find out if it was true and it is scheduled for release Sept 2001.My question is what the hell is the story line going to be on this? Who would win a battle like this? (To me it would have to be Jason)

I'll see it when I believe it. I've heard this rumor for over five years now. I guess the release date gives it some credence but I wouldn't hold your breath.
As for the storyline, who knows? Maybe Freddy has gone to deep space as well /ubb/smile.gif

I have been very disappointed with all these sequels that have been beaten to death, and this one sounds like it would be interesting, atleast to see what the whole plot is...(Are they going to battle for campers souls?)

I think that definitely Freddy would win the fight.

I must agree that Freddy would win out of the two - but I really am interested, how the hell are they gonna pair these two together. Another thing, they both are mutilated, like knives, and are partial to murdering people, why do they hate each other. I just hope their motives aren't lame...same goes for the plot, but I guess we'll see.

I think that the Freddy Vs. Jason script was written a long time ago, but then thrown away because it sucked. The new Jason Movie is in the future, and a group of explorers go down to "a big pile of rubble" which was once earth. They find a man with a hockey mask on, and a dead woman frozen in a blco of ice. The explorers then bring them to their ship, unthaw Jason, and then it's a big intergalactic blood bath.

Here's a guess... Maybe a group of kids from Elm Street go camping at Crystal Lake... Freddy tries to take there souls, knowing that none of the children's parents will be there to guide or guard them... However, what Freddy doesn't know that he is stepping in some one elses territory...As long as there are teenage campers at Crystal Lake, they will belong to Jason Vorhees...
(In Jason Goes to Hell, wasn't it Freddy's hand that pulled the mask down in the end?)

That's a pretty good synopsis! It would make a good plot of a movie

I just read on Universal Studio's that there might be atleast two different endings to the movie. If you go see it and Jason wins, but you wanted to see Freddy win, you have to pay and go see it again. What are your thoughts on this?

What if someone was to go twice and see the same ending? Wouldn't they feel ripped off?
