I'm assuming that this means my 5 least favorite movies. From some of the choices of previous posters, I have to assume that. Titanic as one of the 5 worst "made" movies? Whether you liked it or not you have to realize that it was made well. Oh well, I'll list 5 movies I hated.
Mission Impossible 2
The Big Hit
Broken Arrow
Bandits
Magnolia

Nutty Professor

American Pie 2
The First Wives Club
Notting Hill

1. The Avengers (1/10)
2. The Master of Disguise (1/10)
3. Lord of the Rings: Fellowship (2/10)
4. Bubble Boy (2/10)
5. Kung Pow (3/10)
PS. If anyone is going to argue about me having Lord of the Rings on my list don't expect a response from me. If people can put such masterpieces as 2001 and Moulin Rouge on their worst list, I can put this so-called masterpiece on my worst list.

Good on you sonny!
I myself despised LOTR...The whole shebang was far too twee I'm afraid!
I'm taken aback by the inclusion of Moulin Rouge though...Its a bloody travesty!
Still...Different strokes...

I commend you on not being afraid to put LOTR on your list. I myself loved it for the reason that it did the ultimate goal of a movie to transport you into a different world, but we all have the right to our own opinions.

We are not the ones who are wrong. YOU are the one who is wrong for saying that. Personally, I spit on your picks for the five worst movies (meaning I highly disagree). And Tomb Raider was ALSO a bad video game movie and who said you had to pick mainstream movies, huh?
(I've had a bad day and I'm sick of this LOTR dissing. Forgive me.)

tomb raider is the best video game movie i`ve seen, ofcourse that`s not saying much! ;)
well if i didn`t pick mainstream films i would be forced to go with a list of video game movies and since most of us probably haven`t seen those movies i went ahead and chose mainstream films!
and don`t feel bad about LOTR... i would`ve probably liked the movie more if it would`ve had better characters in it? i mean honestly did anyone "REALLY" care what happend to these characters? ***spoiler*** when gandaulf died, i was thinking to myself... "good, i didn`t like him anyways" i mean the characters in this movie were just soooo....well... not interesting!

Patch Adams blew!!! And O' Brother, Where Art Thou? is a classic comedy. Great script, great cinematography, and outstanding performances by all involved. Especially Clooney, Turturro and Tim Blake Nelson. At least an 8.5 or 9/10.

Predictable, hokey, farfetched and over-acted. Bad script. That pretty much answers the question.
What's wrong with OBWAT?

Thanks matt , i just can't believe that no one else had any of these movies on there lists. As long as FPJ keeps acting it's pretty much a given that there will still be bad teen movies.

Yeah that pretty much sums it up. The movie was insulting, this is what I call a "manipulative tear jerker".... it made me sick.

Five worst movies...
5. Sleepy Hollow High-I own the movie and still cannot make myself watch it all the way through-horrible acting gets in the way
4. Zombie-I know a lot of people hail this as a great movie but it just seemed that the director went more to gore rather than characterization or else most of the characters in that movie were just plain stupid
3. Moulon Rouge-couldn't even make it through 20 minutes of the movie before I turned it off
2. Jason Goes to Hell-ummmm......I couldn't suspend belief for any amount of time during this movie-worst $1.00 I ever spent
1. Howard the Duck-now I am sure I am showing my age but I am still trying to figure out what drugs George Lucas was on when he made this movie

I'm seeing a lot of good movies on these lists. Moulin Rouge, High Fidelity, Howard the Duck. and O Brother Where Art Thou was good and though not great Patch Adams was pretty good too.

Ok, this again. I'll choose different movies this time. Still as bad as any other movie I've posted in this kind of topic.
Redneck Zombies
Blood Diner
Dungeons And Dragons
Damien: Omen 2
Alligator 2: The Mutation
There you go.
These are just the movies that I've seen (though some I turned off); there must be many, many more that I refuse to see that could be put here.
Pitch Black
Anything directed by John Woo
Crocodile Dundee 3
American Pie 2
Scary Movie 2
Chocolat
From Hell
Sorry I didn't stick to five. I couldn't stop myself.

Tom Jones still tops my list as the worst movie I've ever seen
Virtually anything directed by Joel Schumacher (Falling Down being the only exception).
Requiem for a Dream
Resident Evil is the worst movie I've seen recently, but not sure it makes it into my all-time worst movies...
DiCaprio version of Romeo + Juliet
First Knight
Virtually every teen comedy in the past 5 years.
I'd better stop before I get all worked up. *L*

Sure, if you'd like to know:
Requiem for a Dream: why am I supposed to sympathize with any of these characters? They're all scumbags...yeah the two main guys end up having it rough, but I think they deserved it, and I'd prefer they come to a bad end then what would've happened if they'd made it and become drug dealers. Plus the closer you got toward the end the more unbelievable some of the storylines became, shock treatments and sex orgies, etc. Even technically it's not a good movie...if you've got two people lying close together in bed, you DON'T do a splitscreen! *LOL* God!
Romeo + Juliet: I hate the very premise of this movie. I think Shakespeare should've jumped out of his grave and beat the shit out of the screenplay writer. First of all I have a big problem with updating Shakespeare, trying to 'modernize' it so today's youth will be interested. You don't like it the way it was written, where it was set? Too fuckin bad, you don't deserve to appreciate Shakespeare then. Plus if you're going to update it, you don't keep the language the same as 500 years ago....got news for ya, ain't no fuckin way gangs talk like that. I'm just morally opposed to the very idea of this movie. Add to that the general dislike I have of DiCaprio anyway...
