I mean fuck! Not once have i gotten a song i really like stuck in my head. NOT ONCE. It's always songs like skater boy or some other pop song. Crap that sounds terrible just seems to stick, and for the life of me i cannot get it out. No matter how many times i listen to music i like the shit doesn't seem to leave. Having the wrong song stuck in your head for too long is like being smacked in the face with a hammer in constant repetition. It can drive a man or woman insane. Anyone else run into this unfortunate mental trap?

I know where you're coming from, ninja. I hate that motherfucking song "Complicated" by Avril Lavigne, but it won't leave my head (it's been stuck there for three months now!)

I get awful songs stuck in my head all the time!
They are usually songs that I have never liked....it's as if my brain wants to torture me.
The Worst Offenders:
Blue by Eiffel 65
Supersexworld by One Ton
The Dope Show by Marilyn Manson
One Bad Apple by Donny Osmond (I think thats who sings it)
Who Let The Dogs Out by Baha Men
Too Bad by Nickelback

You sneaky little twat!
I actually read this post some time ago and swiftly moved on to another forum...
And would you fucking believe it, only minutes later I'm muttering these utterly banal lyrics...I'm fucking fuming love...I bloody well am!
Was this premeditated torture!!!???...I'm inclined to believe that you actually get off on this sick shit sonny-jim!
Anyway...I'm bloody upset...In fact I'm feeling rather "Blue da ba dee da ba daa"...
I ought to hunt you down mate...Think on!

try listening to a catchy song you happen to like. listen to more than half and have it a lil loud. Then cut it off in the middle of it's hook. Ya know, it's chorus or whatever part repeats. Do this a couple times through out the day. If it's catchy enough it may over power the shit stuck in your head.
