I've seen a few of these already.

I heartily recommend Donnie Darko and Signs, totally advise you avoid Full Frontal, xXx and Halloween Resurrection, and for those who know me, I bet you cannot believe I am going to recommend...Mr. Deeds (I thought it had a schmaltzy, saccharine quality - and I liked it for that very reason because I'm in love and the world is great. I must be losing it).

At the moment I can only say I am definitely going to see:

Punch-Drunk Love (without question, i'll be first in line.

Solaris (I liked the original).

Red Dragon (for the cast)

The Ring (to see what they do with Ringu)

Catch Me If You Can (because it's Spielberg)

Gangs of New York (because it's Scorcese)

Rules of Attraction (read the book, so now I'm curious)

Phone Booth (waited a while for this)

28 Days Later (for the triumphant return of Danny Boyle).

Everything else - especially Bond, Ghost Ship, Below, Star Trek - I am completely ambivalent about but will no doubt see in due course.

P.S. Go see Insomnia this weekend. It's great despite Robin Williams being fatally miscast.
