What does everybody think these movies will be rated and for what reasons?

I say:
The Ring- R for strong violence, gore, and language.
8 Mile- PG-13 for brief strong language, domestic violence, and sensuality.
Veronica Guerin- R for strong violence, drug use and language.
Solaris- R for strong language, violence, and some nudity.
Catch Me If You Can- PG-13 for violence, and brief strong language.
The 25th Hour- Rated R for extreme language, drug use, strong language, and sexual content.
Max- R for language
Chicago- PG-13 for some language, violence, and some sexuality
Confessions of a Dangerous Mind- R for language and sexual content
Gods and Generals- R for strong war violence, and intense, epic battle sequences

I agree with most of yours, although THE RING has been rated PG-13 (saw it in TV ads, although I couldn't see what for), and even though there's the chance that some material has been cut out to get a PG-13 rating for Eminem's fans, I predict 8 MILE will be R for mainly strong language. I agree with everything except I think 8 Mile will be R because of strong language.

I really hope they don't hold back on 8 Mile and they let it have the R rating. I also hope that Chicago is R, but I think it will be rated PG-13. I have no clue what Solaris is about, but if it is a sci-fi movie from Steven Soderberg with George Clooney and you think it'll be R, well, then i'll be the first in line to see it.

I don't know if this is true or not, but if it is "Solaris" will be R. I heard Clooney goes nude.

Gods and Generals is rated R for Extreme war violence.

Chicago is PG-13, Solaris is an R for language and nudity.

8 Mile will probably be rated PG-13 despite all the language it will definetely have. It will make more money this way and look at "Hardball" and "Save The Last Dance." Everyone cusses like crazy in those movie and they are PG-13.

Anyways, here are my other predictions:
CHICAGO - PG-13 (for language, mild violence and some sexual content)
CATCH ME IF YOU CAN - PG-13 (for violence and language)
SOLARIS - PG-13 (for violence, language and brief nudity)
CONFESSIONS OF A DANGEROUS MIND - PG-13 (for language and sexual content)

All of these movies will probably be rated PG-13 because of the season, and that movies generally do well in that area because of their tame ratings.

Here are some others to predict:
ANALYZE THAT - R (for strong language and violence)
TWO WEEKS NOTICE - PG-13 (for sexual innuendo and language)
TREASURE PLANET - PG (for mild violence)
MAID IN MANHATTAN - PG-13 (for some language and sexual content)

The Ring~~PG-13 for mature thematic elements, disturbing images, some violence, language and sensuality.

8 Mile~~R for pervasive strong language, some sexuality, drug content and violence.

The others movies...I have no idea.
