A bunch of my friends are going to some insane asylum sometime next weekend. It's supposed to be haunted and it's been abandoned for years. I refuse to go cause, a couple of years back my dad was driving home (a shortcut) through the Indian Reservation. And we stopped to take a piss. We went inside some abandoned warehouse and then a week later this demon thing was terrorizing my step-mom(Slamming doors open and then shut, pushing her, talking to her, and even scaring my 3 year old sister). Scary stuff. Had to get an Exorsist and everything. Anyways, I don't want to bring somethign home again, so Im not going. What would u schmoes do?

How did your family make a connection between you & your dad checking out an old warehouse on Indian land and a spirit appearing in your house? Sorry your family went through that, but I'd have looked farther afield for an explanation.
A few years back, when I was living in England, a friend of mine and some of his mates went to look at an old abandoned mental hospital with a view to using it as a location for their film school shoot. They couldn't get permission from the owners, so they just broke in. They said the place was well creepy, and my friend even brought back a souvenir (a key and keyfob from one of the doors to the isolation wing). None of them have experienced anything bad since, so I think you'd have been OK. Personally, I love exploring long-abandoned places, so I'd have been in there like a shot.

I'd say wait till they are inside, sneak in and scare the shit out of them yourself, always fun.

I would go and film it and if anything happens i'm pushing people toward the ghost and getting out alive.

You guys actually buy this "demon posession" stuff? Wow, those horror movies do have an effect, don't they? I'd go into any "haunted" place, just to show it wasn't haunted. I'm in awe that people believe this.

I have no doubt in my mind that demon possession exists. Of course I don't believe in the sort of demon you might see on an episode of BTVS, but I do believe in the demons that are evil angels.
When I was a kid my Grandfather was an elder at our church and the pastors best friend, so when the pastor got called out, my grandfather went along. Well one night my Grandfather was taking care of me, and he received a call from Pastor Walters that was very distressed. we immediately rushed over and picked him up. Apparently a young woman had picked our church's number out of the phone book and called it. When the pastor took the call he could tell that the woman was panicked and scared, she only told him that her boyfriend was dieing and needed a "priest" and their address, then she hung up. Well after we picked Pastor Walters up we went out to these apartments a few minutes away. My grandfather told me to stay in the car, but being a 10 year old kid, I wasn't about to sit in a car alone in a dark parking lot, so I hoped out and followed behind. What I saw inside scared the shit out of me and still gives me chills today. The door was opened and the pastor and my grandpa stepped inside slowly. The woman was no longer there, but we could hear a lot of noise coming from the back room. My grandfather lead the way and knocked on the bedroom door. There was no response except for some moaning and things banging around inside. He slowly opened the door and looked in, the suddenly flew the door open and took a step back. THe pastor and i then took a look in the room. The man was floating in mid air. He was still and the room was quiet. All the noise we heard before opening the door was now gone. We stood their for a few seconds speechless, until I asked why a man was floating. That was when they noticed had followed them in. My grandpa turned to take me out, but the man fell back to the bed and started flopping around, and screaming at the top of his lungs, things I couldn't even understand. Not any ancient language just mumbled English. Then things started to shake and the door slammed shut in my face. My grandpa and the pastor looked at each other, the my grandpa picked me up and we all ran out of the house. We got in the car and sat there for a while. My grandpa and the pastor prayed for the man and the discussed what they should do. Eventually they decided it was too much for them to handle so they simply called the police.
That was my first experience with this sort of thing, and now that I look back on it, it was the most danger I've ever been in. So anyways, that's how I know demons or evil angels or spirits or whatever you want to call it exist.

I am not attacking you.
I think you need to keep your mind open Grebdron.
I don’t know about “demon possession” but humans might have a so-called spirit that lives on.
There actually might be another level after death.
There might not be but you don’t really know.
