I think the worst video game ever made is Driver 2 for the Playstation. It has NO gameplay, just running around, getting into different cars, etc. Which video game in your opinion is the worst ?

I'd have to go with Superman for the 64. Crappy graphics, control and gameplay had me almost smashing the game.

MTV Sports: Skatboarding featuring Andy McDonald.
Shit Graphics, Shit Gameplay, No fun. An absolutely horrible game.
Who Wants to Beat up a Millionaire.
Hands down one of the worst games in the history of videogames. I get a headache just thinking about it.
Kiss Psycho Circus
A cheap, dull poor looking rip-off of the classic "Gauntlet"
Three unbelievably terrible games. Run from them. As fast as you can.

I've still got my old one at my parent's house, and although it has sentimental value, some of these games were laughable. The ones that stick out in my mind is Atari baseball and football. The baseball was a pitcher and two other fielders that moved in sync with each other. If the ball was hit directly up the middle over the second base bag, and got by your fielders, it was a homerun, otherwise it stayed in play. :D The cool thing about it was you could steer the pitch and control the velocity with the joystick, it was actually challenging to try to hit it.
The football was all played on one screen going from top to bottom. The players(which resembled mailboxes) also all moved in sync and you could steer passes with the joystick. Aaahhh, the good times.:D

The Street Sk8er series for PS1, plain and simple. Really horrible graphics, poor gameplay; no free roaming whatsoever! You had to go through a skating area, rather than just skate around one for an amount of time. Really bad game.

ATARI: I never understood YAR'S REVENGE back in the day... that sure sucked. You were this fly (or something) and you had to 'fly' through a strange barrier, and I don't know if i was doing good or not through the entire game. Sometimes a thing on the side of the screen would shoot at me, and I never really got anywhere no matter how much time I spent not dying and still playing.
NINTENDO: TOTAL RECALL. Oh, hell that game sucked.
PC: BRAVEHEART. No AI, bad graphics, buggy, oh man you gotta buy it for like three bucks and just try it out yourself. Pure crap.

MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE for N64. Possibly the worst video game I've ever played; cruddy graphics, jerky gameplay, and a second level more impossible to crack than Fort friggin' Knox.

I loved Yar! Yar was fun as hell back in the atari days. That was probably my facvorite atari game next to the classic tank/plane game where the bullets could bounce.. ahh fun times those were.

C'mon, Driver 2 definetly has gameplay and is not all about running around and getting into cars. It was fun as hell, even more fun with multiplayer.
But the worst game i've ever played were all in the Army Men series. Just shooting and horrible graphics.
And worst sports game is FIFA 2002 Major League Soccer. That game is soo aracade that it is just a bunch of frickin animations and contains no realism whatsoever. You have no idea on how strongly I feel about what I just said. I have actually contemplated writing an angry letter that curses out all the game designers.

I really didnt mind Superman 64. But, how old was I? I cant remember...
Stuntman - 30 minute driving sequences involving extremely difficult stunts. TO top it off they dont let you in on what to do before hand! Pretty cool trailers though, IF YOU CAN FINISH A LEVEL.

Good one.
Also, the original NFL Quaterback Club was a pretty sub par football game.

chint, is there any reason you hated it other than the sphere grid system? If not, you could just look at a strategy guide for the game (Just look at the ones at gamefaqs - Here, here's a link to them (http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/ps2/game/27609.html)), rather than just giving up on it & saying this at every opportunity possible.
Although, if there indeed are other reasons you hated it, just mention them. No offense or anything intended, just so you understand.

I also didnt care for incessant cut scenes. It had a good story but I would liked to have played more. Also to me if the battle system is shot then the game jus t doesn't work for me.
Same thing goes for why games like Silent Hill3 are truly terrible. Ohh theyre scary and creppy. I couldnt care less with the jerky controls and bad camera angles. thats a big part of the game for me like the battle systems in FF games.

Superman 64 and State of Emergency (it was w/e for like the first 2 missions, then it got old, boring, and stupid afterwards)
