I'm probably the only person who doesn't care about Harry Potter movies.

This is my opinion remember, and I think the Harry Potter series is sort of a gimmick. I don't really care that Chamber of Secrets is coming out. I think it's because I just can't see why everyone is so hyped. What's the point of seeing the movie if you read the book ? Sorry, but I have no anticipation whatsoever for seeing the next Harry Potter film.

I want to see my imagination come to life. I love the stories and I believe they make engaging films. The casts are amazing and the effects look wonderful. I think it will be the best of the year. The original is the best film of all time. In my opinion, of course.

The movie is a wonderful suppliment to the book. I'm surprised you ask what the point is watching the movie if you have read the book! Have you watched LOTR, Spiderman, Batman, etc. They were books or comic books.

Tom Samboriski, if you really feel that way, then most of the movies out there you would not see. Almost every movie that you see in the theaters were based on books. granted that the books are most of the time better, it is still fun to see the characters and the story come to life.

as said before hate to dissapoint you but a lot of movies are based on books. That cant be the only reason youre not seeing it.
