Why do they always cut out Peeves? He is one of the funniest characters in the novel and he is absent from SS and CoS. I know some say he is expendable, but they found time for the Fat Friar, Bloody Baron, Grey Lady, and Nick. Peeves could have done his stuff in that scene. There are so many possibilites for a quick joke with Peeves. I hope Alfonso Cuaron wisens up for PoA and puts Peeves in. PoA holds Peeves' best moment. When Lupin shoots gum up his nose. LOL :)

If he's not essential to the plot, he's gotta be cut off. The film's running time is extra-long already...

I read an interview with David Heyman and they said Peeves was taken out before they even started shooting. He was botched from the script.

Well the IMDB has been wrong before. They had Sam Neill as Doctor Octopus. Anyone can contribute so I do not find them reliable. I mean they did not even spell the name right. Its Peeves The Poltergeist.
