I voted Big Kahuna (which is my favorite part he's done), but Usual Suspects would be my fave movie of his.

Although I really enjoyed his performence in the Negotiator (8/10), a very solid underrated thriller imo. I have to go with Seven (9/10), the role of John Doe was both creative and inventive too.

I voted L.A. Confidential as it is my favorite role he's played, a role that was nothing special until he put his own spin on it and it became something more. Of course I kind of think I should have chosen Usual Suspects but I prefer L.A. Confidential as a film, and that is my reasoning.

He was best in L.A. Confidential and that's also my favorite movie of his. Spacey was also great in Se7en and the Usual Suspects.

The Shipping News is brilliant. Dark, yet hopeful. A truly inspiring film with wonderful cinematograpy and acting. Not only is Spacey is great, it also has wonderful performances by Judi Dench and Julianne Moore. Plus, a cool cameo from Cate Blanchett. Bitchy, but cool. It is one of last year's best. Excellent. 9.5/10

P.S. I may be bias due to the fact that a lot of my family is from Newfoundland, Norway, and Denmark.

I think Kevin Spacey is a fantastic actor. He was awesome in American Beauty and K-Pax, and his other movies were very good also. But i think his best performance was in American Beauty.

Not only is Kevin Spacey one of my favorite actors, but he's been in a whole lot of my favorite films. American Beauty, Se7en and L.A. Confidential are all in my Top 20, and Glengarry Glen Ross is not far behind.

As for best film, American Beauty beats out Se7en by an inch.
