Which movie role inhabited by the great director is the best?

I'm a PULP FICTION man, so I'm going with QT's manic performance as Jimmy from Toluca Lake.

I agree. While Q.T. is not a great actor by any stretch of the imagination (writing and especially directing are his strengths), he was best as Jimmy in the great Pulp Fiction.

He was hilarious in Desperado as the Pick-up Guy. I love the joke he tells.

I went with Jimmy in Pulp but I have to say that really liked him Little Nicky, about the only good thing in that movie.

im gonna have to go w/ JIMMY in PULP FICTION... he was scared shitless of his wife!! but in a close second i am gonna go w/ DEACON from LITTLE NICKEY... i actually enjoyed this flick, and thought he was hilarious in it. "you make god very nervous" or sumptin like that!!

I suppose QT as best in Pulp Fiction, but it wasn't a great performance by any stretch of the imagination!!
