The song that I heard was decent, but these guys aren't terribly original. Being a horror freak, perhaps I should listen to a few more of their tunes to "feel them out."

Listen to "dead in hollywood" it involves most of the horror movie maniacs. As for the band, I think they are ok. Not my cup of tea but theyll do.

I got their album a few weeks back, I think that they're a good band. When I first heard "Dead In Hollywood" I didn't like it much, but over time it grew on me and so I finally decided to get the album. Not the best album of the year, not by a long shot, but not the worst either. A good band and hopefully they'll keep on pumping out some more good tunes.

I GOTTA KNOW, WILL YOU MARRY ME... CAPTAIN HOWDY!
Murderdolls are a good band, to me they're a cross between the Misfits, Marilyn Manson and Dope. And by the way, Murderdolls ARE better than Stone Sour.

Murder dolls rock! I like how lots of their songs have some kind of horror film connection. But............I think stone soure are slightly and only slightly better than murderdolls

Like many, my only exposure to Murderdolls has been the video for "Dead in Hollywood". Judging just from that song, however, I'd say it's a pretty kickass band. None of that raprock or poprock bullshit here, just loud drums, loud guitars, and loud screams, the way metal was meant to be dammit!

I downloaded their 'Dead in Hollywood' song, and didn't think much of it. That was a few monthes ago though so I haven't heard anything else of theirs. The only reason I downloaded Dead in Hollywood was because I heard the drummer from Slipknot, Joey Jordison (who I'm a big fan of) was in it. But found out they aren't really my type.
