Buena Vista has announced the Reese Witherspoon hit Sweet Home Alabama for Febraury 4th, Beauty and the Beast: Belle's Magical World on February 25th, and Pokemon 4Ever for March 18th. Fox Home Entertainment will finally release Predator 2 on February 4th, 2003. The disc will come with an anamorphic widescreen transfer, DD 5.1 audio, "Predator 2: Creating the Ultimate Hunter" featurette and a trailer. SRP will be a nice $14.95. Meanwhile over at Universal, the studio has announced street dates for The Best Little Whorehouse In Texas, CB4, To Wong Foo, Thanks For Everything, Julie Newmar (all January 7th) and the underrated Sugar Hill (January 14th).

I am glad to see PREDATOR 2 get a dvd release, but a special edition would've been nice. I know a SE will come eventually though, FOX always likes to milk the consumer.
