Hey all, I know there have been threads about them off and on, but I haven't seen anything lately. I never did really get a good understanding of what you guys think of QOTSA. I love their music and I think they are the best band around these days. But again, that's just one man's opinion. Here's how I rate their three albums.

Self-Titled - 5/5
Rated R - 5/5
Songs For The Deaf - 5/5

I know it seems a bit much, but I enjoy each of those records amazingly. Now if you don't like them do you respect them or appreciate them or just cannot stand them. And to those who like them, what got you into them?

I didn't know they have been around that long really, I've just started hearing them on Kerrang! "No one knows" and I've downloaded two songs by them: "Go with the flow" and "I think I've lost my headache" Didn't know they had been going round that long, thought they were new (guess not).

Time to hunt those albums down. And I think they are cool

I remember hearing "The Lost Art of Keeping a Secret" at least a year ago I think and I was hooked right away. I picked up Rated R and fell in love with it and the new album is great too. It's nice to see a band bring back the roll in rock and roll with all these default, creed, nickelback bands out.

They kick your ass. Song For The Dead is their best song, too.
