DVD Stores up in Toronto/GTA Area

Anyone know of good DVD stores in Toronto/GTA area with hard to find DVDS? I can go to my local future shop or best buy now but I was wondering if anyone knows of any good independent retailers out there. Specifically I have been searching for The Texas Chainsaw Massacre DVD for the past year and I've only found it at HMV once for pretty close to $50.00. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't live in Toronto but my reason for this answer is to tell you that the TCM DVD is pretty much 50$ everywhere. I've searched many internet sites such as Amazon, Entertainement Warehouse, DVD Box Office, Deep Discount DVD, E-Bay and Future Shop, it's listed between 45 to 50 dollars. Maybe you will find something, but as for me what my research has been S.O.L.

Bay Street Video is supposed to be the shit as far as dvds go. they have criterions for 40-50 bucks and racks and racks of discs.
