In yet another incredible game by Spidey, the main point is to shortly describe a movie cover and then, the next player will guess the movie!

in a car yunkyard, claws coming out from the floor, and from the marks, some kind of colored gas...in the gas it formed two blue eyes and over the eyes, the killer's face.

Sure. It's an extremely revered Italian slasher set in a playhouse theatre where the actors are being stalked by a killer who's just escaped from the nuthouse. Directed by Michele Soavi.
Killer wears an owl mask. The clawed bear-hand is actually an inaccuracy but it's still one of the coolest covers around. And one of the best slashers going.

The clue about it being done by a duo sounds most like the Hughes brothers' From Hell.
