I guess you know the Internet boom really has gone bust when you can't even scare people into going to a movie with the words "dot com" in the title? Failing to drum up business during its late summer theatrical release, Warner Home Video will give the horror miss FeardotCom a new URL on January 14th. This special edition includes an anamorphic widescreen transfer, English and French 5.1 Dolby surround tracks, an audio commentary by director William Malone, the "Visions Of Fear: The Effects Of FeardotCom" featurette, a deleted scene, still gallery, the trailer, and ROM weblinks. Retail is $26.95.
thanx to DVDFILE.com

Is anybody actually going to get this shite?
One of the if not THE worst movie of the year but there's always an audience for bad horror movies. Always has been and always will be...

I'll probably buy the movie even though it wasn't a masterpiece or anything. I did enjoy it for the most part though.

I have to say that this movie was down right insulting. It ripped of the Ring so bad, and then they expect you to either not catch the overwhelming similarities, or just ignore them. They must think everybody who watches this to be completely stupid. I saw it in the theaters and it was the worst 90 minutes I've spent in a theater in some time.
Everybody should just steer clear of this DVD and wait for the Ring.

everybody saying how FeardotCom ripped off the ring. I assume you guys are talking american remake? Well the american remake of The Ring is actually based on the korean remake called the ring virus. Pretty much the same plot for the american ring remake and the korean remake. Personlly I enjoyed the Ring Virus much more than the american Ring. But thats just me Im alittle jaded because Im a huge fan of the origanal ring films.:)

First of all I was reffering to both the original Ringu and the remake, and considering that the U.S. version is a licensed remake, you can't call it a rip-off. So as it stands, Fear.Com is one of the biggest rip-offs ever.

I enjoyed it somewhat for what it was. It also had great cinematography which helped.
I'll see it since I'm a horror fan and a sucker for great cinematography. Plus, here's a positive review of the DVD:

The DVD sounds pretty solid if you ask me. The good transfer should make it easier to watch.
