I rented a copy of the original Tales from the Crypt movie along time ago, and before the feature presentation they showed a trailer for a movie that looked quite interesting. Unfortunately I cant remember what the name of it was; does anyone know? It was about some people that either get stranded or visit a small uninhabited Island somehwere in the carribean (or elsewhere). Then they get attacked by this blue faced zombie men coming out of the water that wore black goggles over their eyes. I would really like to see this movie, if I only knew what the name of it was!

No, that's not it either! The movie i'm talking about takes place on a much more grand scale, and it didn't have just one of the zombies coming out of the ocean, they all came out of the ocean. It's possible they came from a huge ship, one of the two. I think the human people came from an ocean liner; some sort of ship. I know in the poster there was a big ship in the back ground, and some of these black-clothed green or blue skinned, black goggle wearing men in the fore ground.

SHOCKWAVES:

The zombies wear goggles and come out from the water. The survivors are on a vacation and the boat gets lost, or sunk.

Underwater Nazi Zombies
I know I'm right because I have ssen this more than once.

I mean, the movie is Shockwaves, and features Brooke Adams and Peter Cushing, was made in 1977 by Ken Wiederhorn

Shockwaves is cool because the zombies are a good villain, and it has Peter Cushing in a role. Cushing is a legend.
A good horror I'd say.

I like that t-shirt skantchweasel! That's actually the same picture from the poster I saw. I think that's one of my favorite horror movie posters. I wish they had these t's in color.

hey affinius, same thing happened to me when I rented the original tales from the crypt movie, it has that Shockwaves preview. They included it because Peter Cushing is in it too.

I remember thinking that it was a really weird idea to have zombies come out of the ocean like that and that they also looked like soldiers for some reason. this film looked really obscure, yet cool.

SHOCKWAVES is really bloody brilliant. Ranks up there with DOTD among the best eva zombie movies.
John Carradine's in it too.
