Mind fuck ending for my script?

In yet another script try by me, I am writting a mindfuck about a hospital, I haven't done anything except for the very opening witha nurse running from something in what looks like the hospital from Silent Hill, can you schmoes give me ideas on what ou would lke to see in a mindfuck?

It's sort of hard to say without writing a script myself. I love twisted mindfuck flicks. Try and create (through writing) many disturbing visuals. I love to see lots of gory images (like in Jacob's Ladder when they are wheeling him in the hospital and there's chopped off limbs everywhere). I like engaging characters, I love a story that slowly unfolds into a complex web of ideas that somehow join at the end. M Night does this very well. With that sort of opening, you're going to reach the slasher crowd. What you want is the mindfuck crowd. Have the nurse running from something, she makes a turn into her office. She closes the door as she screams. She can't stop screaming, what frightened her was so alarming that her mind couldn't handle it. What she saw was a vision of herself running after her with a man's body. The penis was cut off and she has it in her mouth (the audience believes the thing was castrated). Try and develop a plot surrounding something that could have happened to her to see this vision. Possibly a sex change operation that she had for someunknown reason. Play with dream logic, everything's backwords and eberything makes sense ina bizzare sort ofway. Like David Lynch does. If you want an all out mindfuck, use as many disturbing and unwholesome images as possible without overdoing it.

If i was doing a script like that i would try and make some kinda sick bastard hospital, similar to the one in house on haunted hill.
The whole atmosphere should be disturbing and off putting and through out the script you should try and make a feeling that something is not quite rite but you cant actuly put your finger on what it is. This kinda things makes people uneasy and then very easy to scare (bust out some evil shit)

Im working on some mindfucks in MANSION(My film thats gonna be made)

I would suggest something unexpected that pops out and scares the shit out of the audience...Like in Mansion,a secret room is unlocked and theres huge pictures and paintings all over the room. Then in a split second everything is splattered with blood(Get the freaky music playing)and it pans onm shots of the one who once lived there and you hear screams and all this scary shit! For a hospital setted mindfuck,watch hohh(House on haunted hill 1999)again. That flick has got some pretty scary stuff! The finale of The Shining could give some great ideas too!

Also, the setting will be like in Silent Hill, rusted, beaten up, blood stained, etc...
And of course, Ive watched HOHH 99 a thousand times since the idea, it one of my freakin favorites! Great...
Also, I will do summat like the paintings you mentioned, like someone enters the master hall, dark and gloomy, sudenly BOOM for a second, the place is all filled with corpses, blood...then back to normal, I hope the atmosphere ends up as I am imagining it.

BTW Psycho path, you wouldn't imagine how happy I am for you to actually have one of your mansion movie scripts to wind up being made...I hope you earn lots of cash and again, congratulations
