Ichi The Killer coming to da USA!!

I heard from an Asian horror movie forum that Ichi The Killer will be coming to the US and UK on an uncut DVD. Has anyone else heard about this? I am looking forward to it, because I have really wanted to see this movie! :D

More than 3 minutes have been cut for the UK release so I doubt you'll be seeing it uncut over there. No idea about the US.

I do know next month a Dutch Uncut Special Edition DVD will be released although I'm not sure if it will contain English subtitles.

I think those two audio commentaries should be noted as being on the first disc.

But for those who can't play R2/PAL, it is true that Media Blasters have picked up the distribution rights for the US.

Yeah, same here. I hope we get the uncut version with that 2nd disk with extras, or else...... :mad:

Ichi the killer is a mix between kids and dead alive!!!

You get all the crazy gore, but you also get the weirdness!
Overall i liked this movie. It's got some weird perverted parts that i won't mention. You got to love the japanese for there gore effects!

I bought the PAL Dutch 2 disc set - really awesome!!
I'm still going thru the extra's, there's so much stuff there!
& the movie itself is amazing!! There's a lotta funny/horrifying/sick things going on almost every few minutes, sometimes all 3 at the same time!!
In fact I'm watching it again tonight, after the Yankee playoff game!!
