Blade - Probably
Blade 2 - Shit YEAH!!! One of the BEST genre films of this year. TOO much fun and lotsa gore to tide you over. Shit, I've got BLADE II tattoos on my chest I loved it so much!!!
Near Dark - One of the best Vamp flix out there.
One Hour Photo - Rent it first. Good film, but not necessarily a purchase for some.
Reign of Fire - Awesome movie. Some love it. Some hate it. I happen to LOVE it
Trapped - Haven't seen it, but I'd put money on it being shite.
Dog Soldiers - Oh yes. Awesome, gory werewolf film.
Eight Legged Freaks - Ehn. Maybe. It's fun, but it's BAD.
The Mothman Prophecies - Maybe. It didn't really live up to it's potential, but it's worth a rental at least. Wouldn't buy it.
Insomnia - Great film, but not a purchase from me yet. I really, really liked it, but I wouldn't watch it time and time again. Rent it first.
It - Watch it once before you buy, just to make sure it's still as good as you remember it being.

For a movie that was suppose to be based on real occurances, one would think The Mothman Prophecies would have a lot of cool bonuses but it has NONE. Rent, don't buy.

I thought The Mothman Prophecies was really good. So I disagree and would recommend that.

Avoid Trapped at all costs. I saw it at the movies and it was the most generic piece of trash i have seen. Eight Legged Freaks is pretty bad too. You will get sick of seing the same thing over and over again and Arquette is as bad as advertised although Kari Wuhrer is hot as can be and Scarlett Johansson is damn cute as well.
I really loved One Hour Photo. It has great acting by Williams and terrific direction. The whole movie had a Kubrick vibe to it in the way it was filmed. Insomnia is another great flick worthy of its praise. Its a little more straight forward than his other flick Memento. Features some great Alaskan scenery.
The decent one in the bunch you listed are Reign of Fire which is carried by the quality actors of Mcconaughey and Bale
