Yes, Tsukamoto again.
U know Fight Club ? forget about it !!
Tokio Fist is really impressive and it's really gory. Not for the squeamish !!!!
These men want to be hurted and the less I can say is that they suffer a lot !!
The film is as weird as Tetsuo but more reachable I think.

No, I haven't seen it yet! Haven't been able to find it yet at my local store.
Is it worth buying?? I loved Tetsuo very much and would get it if it wasn't incoherent like Tetsuo 2Bodyhammer was.

I've been wanting to see this for so long. In the UK it did a brief tour of the art house cinemas but being a lazy assed fuck I didn't peel my butt off the couch long enough to go see it. Thanks for reminding me. It's just been added to the ever expanding list of rare movies i've gotta track down.
I did like Tetsuo and even enjoyed The Body Hammer. Skweemkween...if the incoherent plot was the only reason you didn't like the second movie then how the hell did you enjoy the first movie. It's been a while since i've seen them but I don't recall either one of them scoring very high on the coherency scale. http://www.joblo.com/ubb/wink.gif

It was a great film, like the other 2 of his I saw it's visually stunning. It has more of a narrative then the Tetsuo films do and it's easy enough to follow...The boxing training/fighting scenes are pretty imaginative..
Have you seen any of his later stuff..
Ichi the Killer sounds good and prolly the only one I'll get a chance to see...

I didn't realise that Tsukamoto was an actor too. I'm dying to see Ichi and have my fingers crossed for an arthouse release in the UK just like Audition and Battle Royale. Ichi looks pretty fucking insane.
