Fight Club and American Beauty

I just always found this intreting: two movies on my tope five favorite movies of all time (Fight Club and American Beauty) were released within a week of eachother.

I know, same here. 1999 was a very good year for movies.

It is almost as though movie years alternate....99 was obviously incredible, 2000 was nothing more than "ehhh" in my book, and 2001 was, again, amazing. This means we are in an off year, lets hope the cycle is broken :(

1999 was a great, great year. It brought some of my favorite movies. Obviously American Beauty and Fight Club. Also, The Matrix, Being John Malkovich, and the fabulous Magnolia.

And, I had no idea AB and Fight Club were released within a week of each other! That's awesome. Two movies that affected me in very similar ways.
