Funniest - Deniro's character Louis and Bridget Fonda's character Melanie fighting in Jackie Brown, right before he blows her away.
"Louissssssss" hillarious!
Scariest - Scene from the Professional (Leon) when the dreadlocked cop asks Gary Oldman's character "what do I tell them?" (the dead family lying in blood, and the "good" police are on their way) Gary walks straight to the camera unblinking looking through some crappy beaded divider. "Tell them we were doing our job." I got a chill when he said that. Its like damn... if he's the head cop in charge then we are all fuc%*d!

Funniest: This one's hard to choose, but i'd have to go with The Crow when he's in the pawn shop. "Mr. Gideon, you're not paying any attention" *whack*
Scariest: To this day, the scene with the panther-monster in the cave from the Neverending Story still scares the crap out of me (say what you will, it's a great flick)

Funniest (Non Comedy)- It was a deleted scene, but that scene in Terminator 2 where John Connor teaches the T-800 to smile is just freaking hillarious.
Scariest (Non Horror)- The scene where the gorilla wakes up, and screams in the bad guy's face in Baby's Day Out.

Funniest: American Beauty - "it's the car I have always wanted, now I own it. I RULE!"
Scariest: 187 - For some reason the moment that kid shoots the other kid for painting over his graffiti. That lack of remorse always bothered me.

Funniest (non-comedy) scene - Well, I always crack up at Willem Dafoe when he smirks or frowns. Also, to add to the strange amount of The Crow scenes being mentioned...
Topdollar: "Hey, Draven... Who am I?" (puts hands together in a bird-like position) "Caw caw! Bang! FUCK, I'm dead!"
Scariest (non-horror) scene - Well, that scene in Spider-Man where the Green Goblin's face pops up out of nowhere, along with a schrill scream. THAT sure stands in my mind, but there may be others.
