Help me find this book!

I have a problem, awhile back I read a book that had these people in it who traveled the country by breaking into those big moblie homes that semis pull on the highway, and they would just go from point to point living in these "almost homes". I cannot, for the love of god, remember the name of this book, or who wrote it. If it sounds familiar to anyone, please, please lemme know what it is and who wrote it. Thanks.
