The set looks so fake. Too much of a background. Seasame Street style.

Looks kinda stupid, but I have always like Jim Carreys work with the exception of one or two movies. So maybe this one will turn out all right. Jennifer Aniston with huge breasts is always a plus, right.;)

right...thanks...thats what i thought,i didnt think this was that one...that on the other hand sounds good to me,as for this one,i havent seen the trailer or downloaded it...but i am not too high on carrey himself and dont find him too funny so i will likely not like it....ill give the tv spots and such a chance when they are shown though....

Jim is the man. I've been looking forward to this for a while.... it will indeed be nice to see him return to the kind of movie that made him famous (heck, it's even from Tom Shadyac, the director of "Ace Ventura" and "Liar Liar"). The trailer is just decent, but the premise is a great one and Carrey is the most talented comedian out there.

This looks like a misfire simply judging from the trailer. The jokes are weak and unimaginative. The whole movie looks like as if it takes place within "The Truman Show" and even Morgan Freeman looks bored as God. It seems to be a more slapdash comedy in the vein of ACE VENTURA, which is something of a sad backdrop after all Carrey achieved over the last years...

Its good to see Jim's back with another comedy hit! The pairing with Jennifer Aniston with Carey is a match made for the movie. Plus Morgan Freeman is in it also!

It's weird, i've never been a big fan of Jim Carrey and his movies, but this one had me laughing my pants off. It's nice that he's back to himself again and pursuing more comedic films which suits him perfectly. Don't you just love that god was Morgan Freeman? I mean he nailed the voice, didn't he? LOL

i actually saw this trailer at TTT, so i didnt download it. When you get through the serious stuff, and then you see jim carreys face for the first time I just started laughing! I mean, Jim carrey playing GOD?? when they started with how would you handle the most powerfull responsibility in the world? and it shows jim carrey! it had me laughing my ass off! The possibilities! Oh my, the possibilities!

I think this trailer only showed a little of the raw, pure comedy that Jim Carrey and Tom Shadyac can muster up between them. I will be in the theatres for this one come May. It's been a long time since ME, MYSELF & IRENE, so I need a movie that will make me laugh hard for a good 90 minutes. I can't wait. Thank you TheMovieMinor...you just made my day.

Bruce Almighty does look very funny...I'm looking forward to his next, Eternal Sunshine on the Spotless Mind, that is the one with Kate Winslet and Kirsten Dunst and is written by Charlie Kaufman.
