I bought the region 2 version of this classic
(it have trailer and a directors commentary on it and is in widescreen)
What I donīt understand is why everyone hates this flick.
OK that the werewolf looks a little corny, but so does the werewolf in The Howling (especially in the sequels)
And I think the werewolf in the awsome An American werewolf in London looks like a dog...
The scene in the shed is amazing and the score haunting...
maybe I like this because it gave me nightmares when I was a kid, but i rank it as high as A.W.I.L and The Howling...
great movie
5/5

I myself don't really know why everyone hates this flick. I thought it was good, suspenseful, cheesy entertainment. The kind of horror movie you invite a friend over to watch it on a Saturday night.

The only thing I don't like about it is that I thought, believe it or not, that this flick is actually more light-hearted than most horror flicks. I know it's hard to imagine a werewolf movie being lighthearted, but that's the tone I got from this movie. I wish it would have been a little darker like American Werewolf in London.

Still, I thought it was pretty decent. Not half as bad as everyone says it is. 7/10
