I haven't seen FDTD 2 but part 3 is very entertaining. Don't expect the immense originality of part one but you could do worse for ninety or so minutes...
FDTD 2 -HANGMAN'S DAUGHTER is a prequel of sorts as to how Santanico Pandemonium (the astounding Salma Hayek in the original) came about to being. It has a bit of a rushed televison look to it (albeit peppered with some amusing nudity and splashy gore) but I found it very watachable indeed...
And keep an eye out for Tamura Morrison in a major part - he of the excellent ONCE WERE WARRIORS.

From Dusk til Dawn 2:Texas Blood Money -
A group of bank robbers decide to rob a bank in Mexico, only to run across vampires. A pretty decent flick with more humor than gore.

From Dusk till Dawn II Texas Blood Money...Its basically about what a bunch of bank robbers stumble upon the Titty Twister some of them get bitten...and how the try to rob a bank while being vampires. Its allright for a stv. The fx are decent, but in no way measure up to the first.
The Third movie Hangmans daughter is a hell of a lot cooler. And has FX up the gazoo. It shows how Santanico Pandamonium became a vampire and all about the origins of the titty twister..cool stuff. Vamps all over the place! Recommend it highly. http://www.joblo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

From Dusk till Dawn III:The Hangman's daughter. This film takes place about 100 years before the events of I and it's pretty cool/ I have yet to see II but I think this one's justy fine.
It's about the wild west and some weird vampire cult thing and the beggining of the "Titty Twister". Very cool gore and decent plot with kick ass vampires.
Is that plot enough for you duder?

Do you like gore? Do you like gratuitous nudity? Crazy camera angles? Slapstick western violence? Great characters? And a whole lot of fun? Then get these flicks.
Otherwise, stay away.
From Dusk Till Dawn- 10/10
From Dusk Till Dawn 2- 7/10
From Dusk Till Dawn 3- 8/10

In all fairness, I don't think Hangman's Daughter's inspired corniness gets the credit it deserves. I'm just saying, it's the only Western period piece I can think of that features STROBE LIGHTS!! That's classic. Reason I added to me collection.

The only troma film I've seen is The Toxic Avenger, and that was a crazy film.
Anyway, I haven't gotten the chance to catch From Dusk till Dawn 3: The Hangman's Daughter, but I did catch part 2. It had Robert Patrick (who was the T-1000 in Terminator 2 and Agent John Doggett on the last two seasons of The X-Files). He's good as the leader of the bank robbers. I too thought that the camera angles were pretty neat. It makes sense when you realize that this film was made by Scott Spiegel. Not only is he a friend of Sam Raimi, but he also helped co-write Evil Dead 2 (another film with crazy camera angles and movements). The movie also had decent action and effects. The only thing I had problems with is that Bruce Campbell and Tiffani Amber Thiessen don't star in it (unlike what the previews or the video box says). They are only in it for about the first 5 minutes and...naw, I won't ruin it for you. Although not at all up to the first one's standards, this is definately a decent sequel. And nightmareman, how'd you like Bad Taste?
