Waxwork un-rated version + DVD questions

I have 3 questions to ask about this movie. First of all, what are some gore scenes in the un-rated version that weren't in the R version (I own the rated version and I've been curious.) Also, where can I buy the un-rated version and is the DVD coming out in the U.S.? Any information would be helpful, thanks.
