Overall a solid, decent sequel. Jason just doesn't know when to quit and keeps comin' back for more as he finds fresh meat when some horny as hell teens decide to spend a night at crystal lake. Also in this movie is the introduction of the Jarvis Family which includes Tommy Jarvis, who's character persona (grown up) i enjoyed very much and was played very well by Thom Matthews in F13 Part 6. Some good kills by Jason, good gore, and great bitches (USDA choice fuck meat :D ).
My rating: 2.5/4

At the point of this one's release, it was my favorite Friday the 13th opus. Since then it has become one of the old memories of what Jason used to be (which isn't as fun as he is now).
The movie is funny as Hell though and I still enjoy the finale.
I would recommend this flick.

to me...this was the last "scary" and "solid" Friday the 13th sequel. Not that I didnt enjoy 6 or 7 but...Jason had mystery in this one...the last one he did have in it.

This is the first Friday the 13th film I ever saw, and I just loved it. There was something about it that made it stick out from the rest. Apart from Manhattan (Part 8) this is my favourite Friday.
