Is It Just Me, Or Did The Arrow Change The Rating In The "Resident Evil" Review?

Back in March when The Arrow first review of "Resident Evil" he gave the film the rating 3 out of 4. But when I was checking out his Top 10 of 2002 and click on his RE review, he had change the rating to 3.5 out of 4.

Did he change it or was it just me?

It may have been that looking back on it, it was better than he anticipated. It could have grown on him.
