GAME sale (UK)

Starts today. Some good bargains to be had on the DVD front; can't remember them all but the ones I am interested were American Beauty, Mullholland Drive, Usual Suspects etc. for £4.99, and Carrie SE for £2.99 :eek:

Unfortunately I'd already bought most of the stuff in the sale at full price, but for anyone just starting their collection it'd be pretty sweet.

They gave me a second hand copy of Blade 2 (I wanted Blade, and it was in the Blade box...) which I had to take back, got a new copy of Blade.

Bought 6 Bond DVDs for 30 quid, 10 pound for one, BOGOF. The cases were the ones that were on display, and weren't shrinkwrapped. The discs are all brand new, in top condition with all the inserts, so they're definitely not second hand.

Some good bargains, but I'd be careful what you're buying as some of the cases are really tatty (I asked if they had another copy of Eyes Wide Shut because the one on display was crap, he told me it doesn't matter as they all end up like that after a while :eek: :o )

Mullholland Drive wasn't in the store I was in; they didn't really have much stock at all. But £40 for 8 DVDs can't be too bad.

1 warning bout that bloody place, many a time i have seen second hand dvds more expensive than they are brand new so watch out.

went to game yesterday...there was a queue to get into the shop...it was like ,2 out 2 in,.. so i never bothered,...went to H.M.V instead...much better deals...........
