You are a loser... I bet you havent even seen the movie before! You should really read the books before you just go off and rate something down because you have no clue what the movie is about, how low can you get?      I thought that The Two Towers was the best movie ever created, the entire world agrees with me, except an old stuck-up egotistical maniac who dosent know good from bad. And let me tell you something, this movie kicked ass. YOU DONT KNOW THE FIRST THING ABOUT MOVIES! I'D VERY MUCH LIKE TO SEE YOUR ATTEMPT AT MAKING A MOVIE THAT COULD AT LEAST BE CLASSIFIED AS A MOVIE! Here is what Lord of the Rings has that makes it great (aside from the fact that the movie kicked)
Wicked good battle scenes
Actors with alot of experiance and talent
The best special effects ever (i know this as a fact)
Really hott actors (Elijah Wood, Orlando Bloom)
Perfect camera menuvoring
Great plot
Stuck to the book almost perfectly
Picked up right where the first movie (which also kicked ass) ended
Beautiful scenery
Just a perfect over-all movie

And if you still dont beleve me that this movie rocked here is a quote from USA times which gave The Two Towers 3 1/2 out of 4 stars:Many consider the three-part saga to be the best adventure story ever told. That could be debated, but certainly the Ring movies are among the most breathtaking achievements in cinematic history. there ya go. Now I hope you know how much of an ass-hole you really are. Now, if you really want to be a critic go SEE the movie like normal smart people do until you do a review on it... ok? Good, you really fucked up your life you know, your sopposed to give the people what they want, not destroy what they love, people will hate you just for this one review, it just shows you how fucked up people can be... keep that in mind for your next review. Your name really does fit you, you do know that right? YOU BLOW!!!!!!!

This is a post from a normal smart person? Yikes!

Of course the sentence structure gives away the genius behind the post.

What is our world coming to? It is so sad that some people can be so immature. Well he is just making a fool of himself. Too bad.....

P.S. I cannot believe this guy is from the same state as me. Giving us Marylanders a bad name.

Whoa! I think it's fairly easy to see who the "loser" is here.

Strider86, when you say the entire world thinks LOTR: TTT is the best film ever made, who do you consider the entire world, you and your little friends? Go talk to almost any professional film critic out there, they'll agree that it certainly was not the best film ever made.

Learn to respect other people's opinions, it'll take you far in life, and get the fuck out of here!

Wait. I don't agree with you. TONS of people don't agree with you. Wait, that makes YOU "egotistical", just in case you did not know.

How in the hell does it have the best special effects ever? The scenes with Merry and Pipin riding Treebeard has some of the worst greenscreen work of the year! If you want some of the "best special effects ever" go check out MINORITY REPORT or something....

I do agree about the hott actors though...;)

Overall, TTT is average.... 6/10

While I agree that The Two Towers was one of the best movies of the year....I must say you are an very wrong and immature in posting like you have.

You can't expect everybody in the world to agree with your opinion. Maybe not everybody in the world thinks that LOTR is a quality series. But I don't go bash them for it.

Oh, And I guess since the USA Times said it was good, it must be great! They are, after all, the end all be all of movie reviews. And since they know SOOOOO much more than any of us inferior shmoes they have to right! I mean it's in the newspaper, of course it's true!

We have been over this many times on the board. Alot of people here disagree with Joblo and alot of people agree with him. That is what this board is all about. So fuck off, because I don't think that we want someone around here like you.

O and, You really expected JOBLO being a MOVIE CRITIC not to give his honest thoughts about the movie? I mean you obviously think that this movie is the second coming of Christ so what the fuck do you care whether or not someone liked it?

Hey why don't you just TELL everyone what they should like or dislike?

I applaud JOBLO for giving his honest review. I loved the movie almost as much as the first. But it really shows you something when a reviewer doesn't just bow down to the hype. After all as the common movie goer I only want TRUE, WELL THOUGHT OUT REVIEWS, not what YOU think the review should say. I and if you REALLY love LOTR like you say you do. I don't think this one little review is going to destroy what you love unless you let it.

Amen to that. I mean, this is nearly a joke. One reviewer cannot ruin something you "love"...it's just Jo's opinion...and as people who read his reviews voluntarily, we have to expect to disagree sometimes.

Merry X-Mas everybody!! :)

As per your message, you're a few days behind some of the other "good folk" who decided to "share" their differing opinion of this movie with me, but if you want to catch up with some of your intolerant buddies, check out this thread (http://www.joblo.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=41787).

Oh yeah, you're also banned because immature put-downs and cocking around aren't allowed on this board. Re-read our rules here: http://www.joblo.com/rules.htm

BTW, your final line is probably the most original insult I've ever heard....wow!! How'd you come up with that one?? Nice! ("Your name really does fit you, you do know that right? YOU BLOW!!!!!!!")

And if USA TODAY liked it...I guess I must be wrong!! :D

To each his own, dude.

And a Happy New Year! ;)
