Probably my favorite trilogy, up there with the Evil Dead Trilogy.

I just finished watching "Crusade" today, and I would rank the films like this:
Raiders of the Lost Ark-9.5/10
Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade-8.5/10
Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom-8/10

I think this is the best representation of Hollywood films that "work". Moreso than Star Wars or any other films, I think these are the ultimate adventure films.

I mean, you've got Harrison Ford, Sean Connery, Nazis, bullwhips, guns, tanks, arks, grails, ghosts, melting Nazis, rapidly aging nazis, babes, snakes, sacrifices, ripped out hearts, funny little chinese kids, cart chases, car chases, Zeppelins, and Hitler's autograph.

Gooood watching.

Best triulogy ever, no doubt about it...

You also got River Phoenix (what a waste...), the bridge, a nasty little dinner, the hot blonde nazi chick, Karen Allen, the big nazi that meets his doom via airplane propeller, greatest opening scene ever, Indy's fedora,...

......It just doesn't get any better...

Yes, the Indy films will always be classics.
I love 'em!

If there is a 4th one, I hope it's good! If plans for it fall through, though, I won't be disappointed since the final scene of Last Crusade was pure film poetry.

The film series is wonderful. I love them because they are simple fun. Dastardly villians. Over-the-top lost temples. And of course Indy is one cool man. Gotta love the whip.

Raiders of the Lost Ark - 9/10

Temple Of Doom - 10/10

The Last Crusade - 9/10

Now, imagine if me and notch's checklists became one....

That's what Indiana Jones 4 should be like.

Only minus River Phoenix.

P.S. Not because I don't like him, but because he's dead.

P.P.S. But I don't like him.

P.P.P.S. He is dead, right?
