Mr. Spielberg says he doesn't want to do commentary tracks because he believes they ruin the experience. He just wants people to watch his movies, as he intended them to be shown, without someone talking over the top of them.

But really, are there any SS films that NEED a commentary? I mean, Jaws etc would just be poinless. Schindler's List? OK. Is it out on DVD yet? No.

I never cared for commentaries, because I think they're useless, it gets away your attention when you watch a film, sure they tell you more about the movie but I don't feel like sittin through a movie listenin to people talk...
