You can't really rate an actress when everything she's ever worked on was provided by her daddy...rumour has it Aaron Spelling created "Beverly Hills 90210" to showcase Tori's "acting talent".

As to her cosmetic improvements...I don't blame her getting her nose done (have you seen the rest of her family??) but getting a breast augmentation before she was 18...that's just dodgy. She could have health problems later in life as a result.

And she's got one of the most powerful daddies in Hollywood. Aaron Spelling practically wrote the book on successful network series creation. His few forays into feature films in the 70's, while being crap, were still all commercial moneymakers.
