Okay, maybe I'm just being a sensitive little pansy here, but in the Past Horror section of the board, someone posted a thread about how Stephen Geoffreys (did I spell his name right?)quit doing horror to do gay porn. And some people (not all) had gripes with that, exclaiming, "How could he do that?? Oh my God!! The horror! The horror!!" Like that's something that really affects their world in some small, tiny way or something.
And then, when Horror_Fanatic, the moderator, closed the topic (suggesting it be moved), he just had to add his two little cents in there with: "and might I add, yuck."
Wow. It's fine to have your opinion and all, and it's even better to express said opinion, but as a big flaming old "yucky" homosexual who does happen to not only watch but ENJOY (gag! gag! yuck! yuck!) gay porn, I suppose it's my turn now to add that whenever I see straight porn I want to fucking hurl and scream, hands over my eyes to shield me from the evil of breeding, "Yuck!! Yuck!!!"
Of course this isn't true, because heterosexuals don't bother me. That's because I'm USED to seeing them everywhere, and I personally don't give a shit where ANYONE sticks their cock.
Yeah, this has nothing to do with horror. I doubt if it gets posted. Whatever. Nonetheless, my point is keep your discerning little comments to yourself if they're about a certain group of people that DO (believe it or not) represent part of the horror industry. If the post had been about Stephen Geoffreys dropping horror to do porn with only black women, the little "yuck" comment would never have been uttered --- even if Horror_Fanatic HAD wanted to utter it (and I'm NOT saying he did want to)--- for fear of retribution. But I guess it's okay to express your disgust with gay sex. After all, the word "fag" runs rampant on these boards.
I NEVER get mad at people's opinions --- believe it or not. I never, ever do. I'm so laid back I could be a corpse (pardon the pun, if there is one). I don't know; maybe it's the day I had, maybe not, but all I know is that comment PISSED ME OFF.
