I adore this rock opera! I'm madly in love with it! Do I need to say how good Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice are?
I've been listening to this double CD album for 3 days non-stop! And I still can't stop myself!
My favorite song is Pilate and Christ - amazing!
Do you like it guys? If so, what are you favorite songs?

One of the best movie soundtracks ever.
I like every song. Not a single one is wasted. I actually caught the show last year in Edinburgh and it was fantastic -- better than the rest of the pretenders (Les Miserables, aside).
Prove to me that your no fool/walk across my swimming pool
Genius!

JCS kicks major ass, I agree. It's extremely entertaining and gives the audience something to cheer for.
I like Les Mis better though :)

I'm bumping this back up cuz I want to know who else is into rock operas and musical theater.
I like JCS but it's not my favorite Lloyd Webber. I really love the music in Aspects of Love.
Boubil and Schonberg (badly misspelled) who created Les Mis are my faves since they also gave us Miss Saigon, an instant classic. There are so many wonderful theater productions. Les Mis and The Secret Garden are the best I've seen so far...which ones have yall seen?
By the way, Everything's Allright is my favorite track from JCS. Just rocks! It is so great when Jesus belts that line-"you'll be so so sorry when I'm goooooone!"
