Maybe it's just me but I am a little confused by what you mean sexiest performance. Certainly Naomi Watts is a very sexy woman but I'm not sure how her performance is sexy.

Of the ones listed I definately agree with Diane Lane. I would add Kate Bosworth in Blue Crush and The Rules of Attraction (although she has little more than a cameo in that movie). Oh and when Britney Spears was dancing in her undies in Crossroads, that was great!
