Which is your favorite?

Mine is real gangsta/older rap with Snoop Dogg, Nate Dogg, Dr. Dre, 213, Warren G,Ice Cube etc.

That is my favorite because it had great beats, deep lyrics, and great songs, period

I'm not sure about the genre of rap, but i like any song with a message behind it, (not just its hot in here, lets have sex and talk about my cars) These are the songs i can think of at the moment:

Changes : Tu Pac
Sing for the moment: Eminem
Lose Yourself: Eminem
White America: Eminem

(If you would actually listen to him, Eminem has alot messages in his more non-mainstream songs, as well as some of his more popular songs)

You got that right brotha! Anywho, I prefer rap that doesn't always go back to the bitches n ho's and bling bling. I prefer rappers that actually have something meaningful to say. Although Busta Rhymes has fantastic rhythm...if only he could write better lyrics.
