I've been really wanting to see this one again in 3D. I read bad reviews on the movie but I thought it was alot of fun in 3D!
so what's the deal with this one, is it impossible to make it 3d for DVD??

I wish they would do this. I do not see why they cannot, they do it for video's. I remember I had this 3D video and it worked by changing the colors on your tv. Don't they have an IMAX dvd box set in 3D? So why not this movie? I tell you why, those assholes at Paramont but do they not see the bucks they would reel in if they did release a DVD of this film in 3D? I wish we will be able to see this movie again in its original intended format. Hell it would kick ass if they dumped those damn disney movies for once and show Friday 3 at IMAX!!!:p

Sorry to say this, but it will never happen. Paramount doesnt even put trailers on their Friday the 13th DVD's sometimes...I doubt they would go through all the trouble for one now.

Ok,Paramount is tooo fucking stupid to understand what a gold mine the F13 series could turn out to be. I mean re-realease all of them UNCUT and then put some better extras in them. Put Part3 in 3d. They would make some bucks then

I've it on E-bay a couple of time but I'm not sure how genuine it is
I saw the 3D version back when I was in junior high. By far the best scene was with the harpoon when Jason shot it into the chick's eye. It was kinda funny back in the early eighties. There was this mini 3D revival with Friday the 13th, Jaws 3D, and Amityville 3D. You'd think with new technology, they could make a badass 3D movie today.

3D PORN!!!!!
ok, that could get frightening.
can 3d really work on standard TVs though? I saw a 3d video version of freddys dead back in the early 90s and the 3d effect was crap.
