I need a list from you schmoes, a lost of movies that go by the lines of "Pi", "Jacob's Ladder", I want a compelling psychological mindfuck-ish aproach. Please.

I didn't care for The Attic Expeditions, but it definitely qualifies as a mindfuck. Good call.

Also, the original Carnival of Souls, Les Yeux Sans Visage, The Game, The Hole, The Eye and Cube...

Well countchocula listed everything I'd of suggested! These are movies I watch a lot, just because when I watch them I remember how it felt the first time my mind was horribly horribly fucked =P
Memento isn't scary, but really gave me a surprise reacharound
Session 9 was freaky, morbid scary setting, and a cast of characters you will relate with and care about
Donnie Darko is driven by my buddy 'Frank'! Love that guy. It's funny, it's sad, and it made me damn depressed the first time I watched it. I still don't "fully" understand it, but it depends on your views of God, religion, time travel, schizophrenia, and so forth =P
Lost Highway can seem sorta boring in parts, but if you stop paying attention it'll make even less sense. I could not figure this film out. But a lot of scenes are stylish and very very unsettling.
In the Mouth of Madness is 'the' HP Lovecraft inspired movie. It just rocks. Sam Neil is a great actor, the settings and story were fear inducing, and the mindfuck factor was not on a confusing level, but on more of a, 'whoa' level.
Mulholland Drive is not scary, nor is it meant to be. It still has some tense scenes though. Amazingly, I actually understand this movie, and would definately recommend it for a GREAT mindfuck.
Ravenous gave me a mindjob about mid-plot. But thats about it for actual thinking, everything else is pretty self explanitory.
Requiem for a Dream is depressing, depressing, depressing, and will whap your brain on the walls by your spine.
Cube really fucked my mind, and I hate it for never easing my haunting pain of never really answering anything! Cube 2: Hypercube is also coming out soon.
The Hole I felt was a little shallow, but still made me think about the situations and all.
