Thanks for making the 1995 Movie Tournament a success. Now, I've come up with my biggest movie tournament yet- a total of 128 films. The rules are the same as the 95 and 94 movie tournaments.

How did you choose the titles for your tournament, Tom? Are these random picks? If it's a 'best of' list I don't understand why it doesn't include movies as Casablanca or Citizen Kane rather than mediocre stuff such as My Cousin Vinnie or Kalifornia. Just interested...

I never saw Clerks because I don't like black and white movies, but I doubt it could be better than Chasing Amy anyway. Chasing Amy is Kevin Smiths best film in my opinion, it definitely gets my vote.

Chasing Amy is my fave Smith film too, but you need to check out Clerks also Mike. You will be too busy laughing to notice it is in black and white anyways.

I will go with DOGMA...
I liked both, but I think I'll vote for Mallrats. Dogma was funny, but I loved the fact that they were poking fun at religion and in my opinion they didn't take full advantage of it. So much more could have been done and the movie could have been freakin' hilarious. Unfortunately, it was only good, not great.

And wait, I missed that last round. One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest beat Raging Bull?!?!?! :eek: What in the fuck? I mean, OFOTCN is a great movie, but better than Raging Bull? I'm a big advocate of allowing people to love and vote for whatever they want, but this one hurts. :(

Never did care much for the Batman films.
PS. "One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest" is much better than "Raging Bull".
