Did anyone else think that the ending to Wishmaster was just too nice? **spoiler!*


Everything just ends up like it never happened?? I just thought it was too "and they lived happily ever afterish"
It could just be me though. I did think that everything before that was cool...the Djinn was scary as hell in both forms!!!

i liked it, i cant think of anything else they could have done. i thought it was pretty creative myself. i love that movie.


i dont know if you've seen it, but the ending to wishmaster 2 is much worse. great movie i thought, but the ending was awful.

Wishmaster 2 was made solely for FUN. I thought it was very fun! The 1rst Wishmaster (our Current Topic) was actually scary the first two times I saw it...I have not seen the 3rd yet but I hope in the end Wishmaster (the Djinn) takes over the world. That would be cool, I wonder what it would be like other than slaving, pain and suffering...In the second W.Master though I can remeber saying "Make a wish! I wanna see how you die!" W.Master's 1 & 2 have creative some original kills.

i loved wishmaster 2, but i cant help it, the ending was just too cheesy. it was a pretty cheesy movie to start with, which made me reall enjoy it, but the ending was just too over the top. if the whole movie had been over the top like that then i wouldnt have minded. i dont know, just an odd ending to a great movie.

i quit watching them since the guy that played the djinn doesnt do it anymore. cant remember the dude's name. he was a kick ass djinn, its a shame he quit.

Didn't you just love when the lawyer started to fuck himself in Wishmaster 2? That was a true, classic moment!

I thought Wishmaster's ending was good. Everyone was happy and so was I. The ending to Wishmater 2 was cheesy, but so are half of the other ending's to horror movies.

Andrew Divoff quit after the sequel. I dont really blame him, although I havnt seen the 3rd so I should be talking.

That's true, I'm not sure how else they could have ended it. I havent seen the second one but I will. I really liked the Djinn from the first two, how is the other guy???

I also haven't seen the third one because of a different Djinn. I'll stick with Divoff. For the ending, I really didn't mind it. Wrapped things up kinda nice, but admittedly, nothing spectacular. Anyone have any other suggestions for what would have been better? Post em!

Jason Connery plays the Djinn in the third and fourth installments. He's no Divoff, but he doesn't embarrass himself. It's just that he lacks charisma. He doesn't demand your undivided attention, which is what Divoff achieved with ease.

it was ok, but remember that "sweet dude" Djinn is still trapped in the opal, not dead...just waiting for the next naive chick to free him!
