With all the comic book adaptaions coming out today, it would be good to see DC's Kingdom Come made into a feature film. It's sort of the anti-hero comic book (other than "Preacher.") and all of the characters, or at least most of them, would be recognizable to an audience. My question to you schmoes is who would play the cast? Here are my picks.

Superman/Clark Kent- George Cloony- He's the right age and he's got that nobility to him. The graying hair would fit perfectly.

Norman McKay- Sir Ian McKellan. He fits well

Batman/Bruce Wayne- Ed Harris. He's got to be tough as nails, but have a good side too, and older.

Wonder Woman- I think Ashley Judd could play the ageless amazonian, or Catherine Zeta Jones.

Nightstar (Wonderwoman's daughter)- Jennifer Garner

Magog- Arnold Swartzeneggar. He's the right age, build, everything.

Flash- C.G.I.

Green Lantern- Harrison Ford. Good fit.

Red Robin- Kurt Russell would fit. Or I'll say Viggo Mortenson, just because he's in my good graces now since LOTR.

Joker- Jack Nicholson of course, and he'd be the right age too.

Lex Luthor- John Goodman, in a serious turn because we all know Marlon Brando is getting too old. It would be really fun to see Gene Hackman in the role though, so I choose him.

Spectre- I'm not sure about this one. It has to be someone with a cool voice. I was thinking Laurence Fishburne, or of course James Earl Jones, or maybe Patrick Stewart.

Captain Marvel- Maybe John Travolta. He's got that goofy smile.

Green Arrow- Definately Sean Connery

Aquaman- Patrick Stewart.

That's all I can think of for now. And Christpher Reeve has to make a cameo at least.

What are your choices? And if you've never read "Kingdom Come," go do it. It's pretty cool.

I find it unlikely there will ever be a KC movie, there is too much there to fit into 2 hours and the budget required to do it right would be HUGE. Why would marvel need a goofy smile- he didn't spend much of the book smiling as I recall. Oh and CZJ is always being linked with the WBs current WW project by fans but seems to be not interested.
