How do i set my avator???

I'm having a bit of a blonde moment and i cant work out how to set up my avator, any advice which be much appreciated.

save the picture to your computer, resize the picture to 70x70 pixels and then you go to user cp (at joblo.com), then to edit options, then go down to the bottom to where it says change avatar, click that, then go to browse and find the picture you saved on the computer (the resized one)....

or just go through the steps to get to change avatar, and pick an avatar from the many that they have at this site
