Did anybody know about this. I was at Best Buy today and there it was on DVD I was very tempted to buy it, but it was 17.99. I can't believe they made a sequel to that movie.

Unforgivable, Claw...unforgivable.

I was certain that this flick wasn't coming out until April. Then again, they may've been an "April fools" thing. I'll look for this next time I'm out.

I missed this the last time I was at Best Buy? What the Hell? I would not have missed this. Oh well, any way I am actually very hiped to see this one and the first was not all that bad (2/5) so why not? This sequel has everything a slasher needs so I think it will be awesome to average. Or somewhere in between.

I think you people like Bloody Murder more than you think. Like you love to hate type of thing. Kind of like that TCM4 thread where everyone thought they hated it, but then they went back and wanted to watch it and stuff. If I'm not making any sense it's because I'm half way drunk.

SPOILERS****************************************** ************************************************** ****

Okay I just watched Bloody Murder 2 and it was better than the first. The acting was horrible( a plus for me ), Trevors outfit was just plain stupid ( I really mean it watch and see ), and the body count was average. This movie was good, but the body count kept it from being Eeeeexcelent!! All in all a good flick that any cheesy slasher fan will eat up... 7/10...Happy renting!!!!

Sorry guys I didnt think about that....I just didnt want to say anything that might give away much about the movie!!! Sorry I just wanted to make sure....but if you want some spoilers here goes....

SPOILERS>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

The body count is low I think six... Again as in the first one the killer isnt Trevor Moorehouse and again the real Trevor doesnt show up until the end. We also learn about why Trevor kills...his origin was totally ripped off from Friday the 13th...Apparently his father was a mean camp director and of course Trevor would go to camp with his dad, well Trevor had a bad habit of taddling on mis-behaving counselors so the teen camp counselors hatched a plot to get him back. The prank went wrong and trevor was thrown down a ravine.

Are the killings even bloody in this one?

The killings arent bad... Spoilers>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

they could always be better but you get an arrow through the neck, a brutal shower killing( I mean brutal), and a knife to the head......oh and also we get to see a guy get his legs chopped off and then as he crawls away he is crushed with a rock!!!!

I am actually looking forward to seing this. Just read Arrow's review, and I have a question...He say's that the mask the killer wears is like the mask in "Valentine" , but on the cover it shows the hockey mask. Personally, I have been wanting to see this since an earlier thread came up, which showed the movie poster. Loved that look. Not quite Jason Vorhees, but much better than BM1.

BTW - I have an issue of a comic book from the 80's called "Wild Dog", and the main character looks alot like Trevor Moorhouse, especially the mask! Anyone else ever seen this?

Trev wears two masks in this film, with the "Valentine" lookalike one being the most used.

I own all of the WildDogs comic too (all 3 or 4 of them)! Good shite! Too bad they didn't last.

Trevor must have hit the gym hard for this one. He looks like he could bench 400 easy lol.

Arrow said in his review that the release date for Blooduy Murder 2 was today, but I checked at my local video retailer and they did not have it, and checked online at Jumbo Video and Blockbuster, and no luck either. Was the release date for the US, UK or other?
Any info would be greatly appreciated, as I am looking forward to seeing this. (Yeah I know....get a life!!)

Also, it would be great if Artisan did a double DVD of BM1 & 2. like they did with Wishmaster 1 & 2. I paid 15 bucks for the Wishmaster DVD, and it was well worth the money.

The release date in the US was today Feb. 18th. I saw it early because I manage a video store, but video stores and especially Blockbuster should have it. I would check again and if they still dont have it I would throw a fit....that always works
