How is thse Brazil DVD? I was looking at screen shots for Brazil and all of the colours looked faded ans shitty? How is the transfer and how are the colours? Nice and beautifully bright?

The Brazil Criterion edition rocks! It may cost a bit more but it is damn worth it. Also even if the video isnt perfect it is as good as you are ever going to find it. Oh yeah I just have to say it again the Brazil Criterion edition rocks so hard. Laterz.

Maybe those screenshots were faded and shitty. The Criterion edition does look beautiful.

Isn't it supposedly very hard to find (the Criterion)? Cause I kept hearing people say the only way to find it would be on Ebay cause Criterion lost the rights to it

I dont think it is hard to find because there are two at my local Best Buy and it is all over the internet webstores (Amazon, DeepDiscount) so if they did lose the rights then there are still a lot out there you can pick up. Laterz.

was Brazil even a good movie, what was it even about..? I have never seen it and never really heard people talk too much about it.. I have seen copies at Best Buy before, but didn't know what the movie was like.

The BraziL criterion edition is the best dvd release of all time. Well in my opinion that is. The documentary is interesting and the commentary had me hooked in.
