He's referring to the Christopher Walken-starring The Prophecy. The original is pretty cool, if not a little melodramatic toward the end. I haven't seen the sequels, but they seem campier in tone.

I have only seen the first one, haven't heard anything good about the others.
I never realised until the other day but Viggo Mortensen from LOTR played Lucifer in the first Prophecy movie.

Although the first is by far my favourite, I enjoyed all three, with perhaps my favourite line coming in the second: "You're keeping me alive because you don't know DOS?"
The third has some nice references back to the first in settings, incidental characters and music - which has sadly (AFAIK) has never been released for any of the trilogy :(

I thought he was talking about the mutant bear movie "Prophecy," too. It's probably one of my biggest guilty pleasures.
The "angels" movie called "The Prophecy" is excellent. I saw the other two in the series, and while they weren't awful I've never felt the need to go back to them.

I didn`t like any of these movies. Such great actors, such dull movies.

I gotta agree with the majority. The first flick is damn good. Very stylish and Walken is great in it.
The other two are much weaker in terms of story and were clearly made to try and cash in on the good buzz that the original generated, but they're not terrible flicks. Like Watchman implied, they're visual chinese food - they satisfy the craving but you forget about them an hour later.
