Yep, I've seen that badboy a loooong time ago. All I remember is that there were really weird sound effects whenever the Gargoyles were around.

Ah Gargoyles. Actually, I call this bitch Gargoyle at school, because she cheated on my Ex-Boyfriend (Boyfriend at the time)! Grrrrr. I never saw the movie, but have you guys ever watched the T.V. show Gargoyles? I used to watch that as a kid!

Yes...just recently saw Gargoyles, and it still is creepy in a b-horror kind of way. Those slow motion shots are just 2 cool. I always felt sorry for the Gargoyles, I don't know why that girl was so freaked out? He liked her.... :(

just watched it and was overall was pretty disappointed, the creature designs were pretty damn good and the costumes looked decent but it was retarded when they started talking and i couldn't help but laugh. the acting was pretty crappy as well
5/10
Was this the movie that was on Sci-Fi a year or so ago?
All I can remeber is a bunch of cowboys riding horses shooting down a bunch of Gargoyle monsters.
It looked lame.

An underrated TV horror film which features the early work of Stan Winston. It really kills me when I read some reviews that bash this film, claiming that the suits looked hokey or whatever.
What I think some fail to realize is that when it comes to the effects in Gargoyles it was part of the growth process in filmmaking. I still feel that this film holds up well even today, considering that it was made for TV and the 70's had a healhty crop of unforgettable horror films like: The Night Stalker, Dark Night Of The Scarecrow and Don't Be Affraid Of The Dark.
